SSTC participated in the 23rd Sabah Hospitality Fiesta at the Sabah International Convention Centre (SICC), an event celebrating the culinary delicacies and talents within Sabah’s hospitality and F&B industries. The Malaysia Association of Hotel and ATI College organized the event, which was officiated by Datuk Christina Liew, the Minister of Tourism, Culture, and Environment of Sabah.
We proudly showcased Ms. Lydia’s product, Bosou Ikan, allowing visitors to taste its unique flavors. Notably, big ‘kudos’ to our trainer, Ms. Rhasyeidah, for securing a bronze prize in the P13: Blackbox CDP – Sous (Professional) Competition. We extend our gratitude to everyone who visited our booth, contributing to the success of the event.
