A big thank you to everyone who joined on 29 October 2024 for a morning of coffee, conversation, and connection! The session covered the essentials of building high-performance teams rooted in trust, including insights on understanding different personality styles through the DISC framework.
One of the session highlights was an exciting game that put teamwork to the test. Participants were divided into two groups: the Task Force and the Bomb Diffuser. They had to work together to “diffuse a bomb” 
via their mobile devices. It was a hands-on way to experience the importance of clear communication and trust under pressure.
