Culinary trainees at Sabah Skills & Technology Centre were honored to have Chef Jude from Asian Tourism International College to give fruit carving demonstration at the centre on 23rd – 24th January 2018. Chef Jude demonstrated a fun and easy carving lesson with good techniques to the trainees using many type of fruits such us watermelon and papaya.
Fruit carving is the art of carving fruit, a very common technique in Europe and Asian countries, often displayed at restaurants and hotels to attract guests.
